The naturopathic philosophy is to stimulate the body’s inherent ability to heal itself and to treat the underlying cause of disease, with a focus on long-term health and disease prevention.

Also known as Cosmetic Acupuncture, it is a safe and natural alternative to traditional cosmetic procedures.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy is used to help manage a health condition or enhance wellness. It involves the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. We also offer hot stone massage.
BIOIDENTICAL HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY
Dr. Julia holds her therapeutic prescribing license which allows her to prescribe bio-identical hormones and perform intramuscular injections of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D, if indicated.
BREAST CANCER PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapist Jennifer Beck has more than 15 years of experience in oncology rehab and exercise, working exclusively with cancer warriors and survivors.
ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUE (A.R.T.)
Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) is a soft tissue technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia (connective tissue), and nerves.
PEDIATRIC CARE
Just like adults, infants and children can benefit from chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage therapy treatments. Our Naturopathic Doctor is also very experienced in Pediatric Naturopathy.
FERTILITY & PERINATAL CARE
We offer a variety of services to support preconception through to postnatal recovery.
